Executive Committee

The Officers of the Association (a.k.a. the “Executive Committee”) consists of the Chairman, Vice‐Chairman, Immediate Past Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Association Board of Trustees (ABoT), as well as other offices that may be defined and created by the ABoT from time to time in its sole discretion. No two offices may be held by the same individual. All Officers serve for a one (1)‐year term.

Appointments to this Committee are not made by nomination.
