Membership and Education Chair Positions Available

Have you considered getting more involved with your Local CNY Chapter of ACRP?  Now is your chance!  Taking advantage of one of our Chapter’s leadership opportunities is critical to the continued growth and success of the CNY Chapter.  Volunteering your time and expertise to focus on specific initiatives, issues and programs of importance to our industry, as well as meeting the needs of our membership, is crucial.  These commitments really take very little of your time, but through your continued involvement and support, we will be better able to reach some of our future goals of regional program development, certification and scholarships for national events. 

The Board of CNY ACRP is seeking new volunteers for both the Membership Committee and Education Committee Chair positions.  Relocations and changing job roles have opened up these opportunities for our members.

Membership Committee - The Membership Committee conducts ongoing recruitment efforts to identify potential new members and recruit them into the organization and into the ACRP.  The membership committee chairperson maintains an up-to-date membership roster and database (including contact information, e-mail addresses and status of dues paid).

Educational Program Committee - The Educational Program Committee shall be responsible for identifying and targeting speakers for the ACRP Chapter Meetings and for managing contact hour applications.  This committee shall also be responsible for confirming meeting locations, dates, times and all other pertinent meeting arrangements.

Please consider exploring these opportunities.  Together we can accomplish common goals and achieve mutual benefit through our enthusiastic support of the CNY Chapter or ACRP!
