Core Knowledge Assessment

The Core Knowledge Assessment (CKA) test assesses internationally accepted core concepts for conducting clinical trials and does not require the two years of experience required to earn the CCRA®, CCRC®, CCTI® or CPI® designations.

The test is offered online through Prometric, our testing partner, and demonstrates a standard level of knowledge of the regulatory requirements for conducting clinical research studies to an employer or regulatory authority. It can also serve as the first step in seeking Certification.

There are no prerequisites to take the CKA test; ACRP does, however, strongly recommend completion of an introductory education course in the fundamentals of clinical research.

Before purchasing the test ($99.00), be sure to read the CKA Test Guide and ensure your computer meets Prometric's testing system requirements.
