Submit a Webinar Proposal
In order to be considered as an ACRP Webinar presenter, please submit a Webinar proposal. Ensure you provide descriptions that show why CRAs, CRCs or PIs (our biggest target audience) will benefit from the Webinar. Ensure the content and learning objectives show the participants will develop, will be able to avoid a problem or will be able to resolve a problem related to their daily practice.
Your Proposal is Approved. What is Next?
If your proposal is approved by the ACRP Professional Development Committee and ACRP Staff, you will be required to sign a binding Webinar Presenter Agreement and a Disclosure Declaration Form. In addition to the items contained within the proposal, you will also be required to submit the following according to ACRP’s production deadlines:
- A PowerPoint slide set―the content must be designed to achieve the learning objectives
- About 3 - 4 audience polling questions based on the overall program objectives that will be used to gauge audience learning
- A digital photo (headshot) for each presenter
Production begins approximately 16 weeks in advance of the Webinar, and promotion & marketing begin at least 12 weeks in advance. All presentations and documentation are subject to review and approval by the ACRP Professional Development Committee and/or ACRP Staff.
